Hi this is Luz Ramos, Fatima helped me a lot when I was about to enroll at Drake Medox where I took up Community Support Worker.

To tell you frankly, I don’t have any formal computer lessons and I need a lot of help with technology. It was Fatima who guided me on what to do and helped me throughout the process. With her extensive knowledge about computers, everything from choosing what type of computer I should be getting for myself all the way to coming over and setting everything up, she was there to help me at every step. She did all the research so I can save money and have the best computer that I can use during the duration of my studies and can still be valuable for me when I will have a new job. She even helped me with the simple things that I honestly don't know how to do. She helped me set up my speakers, printer and organized all of my files and photos on the computer. She even called Microsoft tech support for me when I was having trouble setting up the student account.

During my studies, Fatima was very helpful as well. I experienced some language barriers and she taught me very patiently and helped me understand my assignments and helped me with my homework a lot. I am very much thankful to Fatima, she is the person who helped me more than I expected.

I am encouraging all the students and other people to seek the help that you need. Don’t be ashamed to come forward and ask whatever questions on your mind with regards to your problems in your education, Fatima is the right person for you!
